At Mycombless, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Because many of our items are made-to-order and shipped from various fulfillment partners, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.


📦 Made-to-Order & Dropshipped Items

Many of our products are print-on-demand or shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. This means:

  • Items are produced specifically for your order

  • Orders cannot be modified once production begins

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location


❌ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

We do not offer returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please review size charts carefully)

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color differences (due to screen display variations)

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers


📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Send all information to:

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost
    OR

  • Issue a full refund


💻 Digital Products

All digital products (ebooks, downloads, templates, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, once delivered, we cannot offer refunds.


🚚 Shipping Issues

Mycombless is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


❌ Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After production begins, cancellation is not possible.


💳 Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We actively monitor fraudulent claims. Filing a false chargeback after receiving your order may result in:

  • Permanent ban from our store

  • Submission of shipping confirmation and delivery proof to your bank
